Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate with all domains for their staff requirements monthly basis and updation of Recruitment
  • Tracker and recruitment status alerts to domains.
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies in coordination with HR Head.
  • Expand the network of HR sourcing, design, plan and execute employer branding activities at the HR sources.
  • Plan employee referral programs in a view to establish connections to ensure the frequent flow of resources.
  • Updation of all positions in DA website and social media (in coordination with Corporate Communication) and frequent updates to all domains on the recruitment status.
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc. as per the latest market trends)
  • Review employment applications and prepare background check reports.
  • Perform/conduct candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations including the New Joinee Briefing,
  • De-briefing, Induction and workshops.
  • Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies for the specified hiring needs, also validate and process/ FU the Invoices submitted by the third-party agencies.
  • Introduction of Joinees across the domain
  • Development and maintenance of Recruitment tool and Dashboard.

Organization Development

  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention and act on this on time bound manner.
  • Active participation in refining, revising HR Manual, Policies and Handbooks.
  • Providing expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
  • Leading the planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs.
  • Assessing effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Leading OD projects, programs, initiatives, and interventions by gathering/summarizing data, preparing for meetings and workshops, developing tools and resources, creating project plans, and conducting best practices research, developing committees for projects and initiatives as needed and appropriate.
  • Conducting various employee engagement programs to enrich the DA work culture and environment.

HR Team Support

  • Support HR Team in Appraisal process, Induction, Workshops and Trainings.
  • Review joining documents and update the same, also try to find solutions for error free joining documentation and reducing time in joining formalities.
  • Assist and closely coordinate with HR Head and Team in various HR Administration and related activities.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: Graduation, Post Graduation
