Job Description

The purpose of this consultancy is to engage a Senior Advisor to provide strategic guidance in designing, implementation, and sustainability of the programme. The Senior Advisor is expected to bring expertise in designing, curating, and ensuring the availability of high-quality content and training materials for the P2E and YouthHub Pathways programs. The Senior Advisor will play a pivotal role in aligning these materials with the evolving needs of the programs, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving the success of the initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring alignment with overarching project objectives.

As a Senior Advisor, the consultant is expected to work closely with the YuWaah team, regional and global counterparts, as well as key stakeholders, funding partners and technical collaborators. The role entails driving strategic planning, advancing workstreams for the two high-value projects (Passport to Earning & GirlsHub). Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for ensuring the curation of high-quality content through a structured process, and spearheading efforts in partner engagement, youth outreach, and mobilization to achieve program goals.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s in Business Administration. - The individual must have 20+ years of leadership work experience in organizations focused on education, skilling & capacity building programmes. - The individual must have experience of creating learning solutions in ed-tech organizations - Strategy consulting experience with top non-profits in education space.
