Position Overview The Development & Fundraising Manager will lead Sampark Bharti's fundraising initiatives, donor relationships, and revenue generation strategies. This role requires proven NGO fundraising experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to create sustainable funding streams. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the social sector and experience in managing diverse funding sources for non-profit organizations.
