Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Hindi, presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities. working knowledge of English is also desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Computer proficiency with a high level of familiarity with database management programs and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email operation, etc.
- Familiarity with national health programs, health indicators, and health policy.
- Knowledge of dealing with files, Noting, minutes of meetings, Letter drafting, etc.
- Efficient skills in managing people and liaising with stakeholders and development partners.
- Preference will be given to those who have worked in the field of Development Health at the District / State Level

Purpose of Assignment:
- The District Nodal Coordinator would be responsible for coordinating with the District Nodal Officer in the smooth implementation of the 3-D TB Care program for achieving the program objectives in the District
|

Summary of Roles & Responsibilities: -
The primary duties and responsibilities of the District Nodal Coordinator will include the following but not be restricted to:
- To work in close coordination with NO in program management activities including planning, procurement, logistics management, maintenance services, and preparation of reports.
- On Time collection of Enrollment Register, Patient LAB Register, FDC MIS, Dispensation Register, Private HF Register, and Re-fill Register with proper coordination with on-ground stakeholders
- Nodal Coordinate to coordinate with the on-ground stakeholders of the program like private Practitioners, TB and TB-related co-morbidity care providers.
- Coordinating with CDE on the ground level to ensure smooth level operations
- Coordinate with concerned CDE to ensure that all contacts of sputum-positive patients are screened for TB
- Coordinate with the NO-PHI in organizing FDC services for TB patients in his/her assigned TU
- Maintain the TB Register, incorporating required information with respect to all cases diagnosed in the Block/TB Unit; ensure notification of TB Cases in his/her assigned TB Unit
- Supervise referral and feedback/transfer-in & out activities for TB patients in assigned TB Unit
- Inspect Records, Notification Registers at Private Health Facilities other records as prescribed for relevant services
- Ensure On Ground Day to day activities of Sample /Report/FDC Pick-up & deliverables within the specified TAT
- NC to ensure all Generated TB Patient reports are collected timely from designated LAB by CDEs and the same get delivered to the patient’s Point of Choice / Homeplace (Within specified TAT)
- To ensure the maximum number of Private Practitioners on board under the 3-D TB Care program
- To Ensure smooth transportation of specimens collected by CDE’s from the Patients place to Culture DST Labs
- Nodal Coordinator needs to ensure timely deliverables of specimen logistics with an on-ground Collection & Delivery Executive working under the 3-D TB Care Program.
- Nodal Coordinator needs to ensure that all specimens transported to the Laboratory must be accompanied by the request form
- Nodal Coordinator to ensure timely delivery & re-fill of FDC at patient’s place
- NC to ensure all day-to-day operational activities should run smoothly in his districts
