About the Organization

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) is a non-denominational, non-government development organization. AKRSP(I) works as a catalyst for the betterment of rural communities by providing direct support to local communities. AKRSP(I) is active in over 3255 villages of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Maharashtra. It has impacted lives of over 3.5 million people from marginalised sections of society. Over 80% of the households impacted by AKRSP(I)'s work belong to marginalised communities like tribals, dalits, and minorities. Over 60% of beneficiaries are women who form a core group for program interventions.

Job Description

• Assisting and coordinating the recruitment process.
• Manage Induction and orientation process for new team members.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Assist team members with HR related inquiries and resolve HR tickets in timely manner.
• Help maintain training records and track employee development progress.
• Assisting in employee engagement activities such as outdoor events, internal celebrations and recreational activities, team building exercises etc.
• Generate reports and provide data for HR metrics and analysis.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor/ Masters degree in human resource management or relevant field
• Experience: Overall more than 4 years experience in HR Profile

Skills & Competencies required

• Prior experience working with HRM Software.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle.
• Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.
• Efficiency in time management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed by team members.
