Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Professionals with MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS or MPH/Healthcare Management/PG Diploma/MBA or PhD in Public Health/ Anthropology/Social Work/Sociology/other social sciences with a minimum of 3 years of experience in community-based health research with publications

Essential attributes:

• Proficiency in research methodologies, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Good understanding of the public health system and national health programs.
• Working knowledge of analytical software, SPSS/R/NVivo
• The project implementation area is Salumbar/Dungarpur district, Rajasthan. The selected candidates will have to stay in the field area in the Salumbar/Dungarpur district for the entire duration of the project.
• Good command over English and Hindi languages.

Desired attributes:

• Candidates with experience in intervention/implementation research/health systems research in tribal areas is preferred.
• Excellent written and communications skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and networking skills.

Salary

Rs 50,000 to Rs 68,000, depending on the relevant years of experience and qualification
