The Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organisational Development aims to bring together faculty, students and governmental, non-governmental, and private organisations to conduct distinctive and high-quality leadership and organisational development research. The centre plans to drive research in various themes related to leadership development and offer training and research and consulting services to leaders at various levels in Indian and multinational organisations.

Job Description

ADCLOD is looking for a full-time Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) who is expected to independently carry out original, cutting-edge research on topics/themes that are aligned with the centre’s vision in the broad domain of leadership. The Fellow is also expected to publish high-quality peer-reviewed journal articles out of research conducted at the Centre and present work at national and international conferences. The Fellow will work under the supervision of an IIMA faculty but must be able to demonstrate independent thinking and be able to independently design and conduct original research.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Ph.D. from a reputed Institute or University in India or abroad, specializing in Leadership. The dissertation/thesis must be on a topic/theme related to leadership. Publications in peer-reviewed journals are preferred. Candidates who have defended their dissertation are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates need to submit proof of defence at the time of application, and the PhD degree certificate at the time of joining the institute.

Salary

The Post-Doctoral Fellow at ADCLOD would be paid remuneration commensurate with the qualification and experience based on the Institute’s policy governing the appointment of Post-Doctoral Fellows at IIMA Centres.
