Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: .

This role provides technical expertise in implementing and maintaining digital health solutions, responsible for innovating and integrating new technologies based on the ideation of the ED and ensuring all systems follow interoperability standards.

• Collaborate with the ED , SHSB to identify and prioritize digital health initiatives.
• Conduct Diagnostics to verify program specific workflows in digital solutions.
• Develop a digital intervention workplan for service delivery and health indicator improvement.
• Develop Analytical model for state level governance.
• Provide technical guidance on the design, development, and implementation of digital health solutions.
• Ensure all digital systems comply with interoperability standards and best practices.
• Conduct assessments to identify gaps in existing digital health solutions and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• Master’s degree in information technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing digital health projects and technology integration.
• Familiarity with interoperability standards and healthcare regulations .
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital health technology implementation, healthcare IT, or a related field.

• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within timelines.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to technology implementation.
