Program Manager

Piramal Foundation’s vision is to transform Education, Health, Water and Social sector ecosystems through partnerships, high impact solutions and thought leadership. We have a presence in 27 Indian states and 2 Union Territories.

The candidate will work in 21^st Century Skills team of Madhya Pradesh in coordination with Government Stakeholders of School Education Department.

The position entails primary engagements and interventions with School Education Department.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate implementation with government departments and partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment.

Project Management

• Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support rollout planning and implementation readiness.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare status reports and leadership updates.
• Maintain escalation and issue trackers.

Adoption & Support

• Support teams and end-users during implementation.
• Capture feedback and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications & Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in social sciences/social work/development studies and any other relevant field.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking), as the role requires extensive engagement with government stakeholders, schools and field-level implementation teams across Madhya Pradesh.

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of experience in program management/project implementation
• Experience working with government stakeholders preferred
• Work experience in 21^st Century Skills

• Problem-solving and escalation management

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in public sector projects
• Knowledge of MIS/dashboard tools
• Agile/project management exposure

Travel Requirement

Moderate travel across State may be required.
