Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead and lead the innovation agenda by designing and executing high- impact programs that transform startups into industry leaders
• Build and command strategic alliances across government, corporates and investors to create unmatched growth opportunities
• Champion breakthrough initiatives - from hackathons to accelerator programs seƫng new benchmarks.
• Drive AIC BIMTECH's national prominence by architecting high-impact sponsored CSR & innovation partnerships in startup ecosystem.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience in running innovation programs & events under government startup body/ incubator/ Innovation Hub/ Venture Capital / corporate or relevant industry.
• Experience in leading, and onboarding industry innovation programs, challenges, hackathon and grants from NGOs, Corporates, CSR, International bodies, Government etc sources
