Job Responsibilities

• Design & lead high-impact startup support programs, grants, and schemes to drive innovation and scalability.
• Bring/Lead existing startup program’s execution of government schemes such as Startup India Seed Fund, MeitY’s GENESIS etc.
• Identify and onboard high- potential startups, providing structured mentorship and growth pathways.
• Oversee incubation programs, with mentor, investor, etc partner networks driving startup success with government innovation projects.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B.Tech/BBA/MBA/PGDM/M.Tech or an equivalent Graduate or Post Graduate qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience with government startup body or/and incubator or/and Innovation Hub or/and Venture Capital or relevant industry.
• Experience in leading programs and grants from the Government or other sources such as MEITY, SISF, AIM, State Governments, CSR etc.
