Job Description

Mentioned position is supervisory level and report to project lead. The purpose of this role is to ensure effective program implementation in field level, working across multiple locations and ensure coordination and liaising with various stakeholders, compliance with program protocols and operation of EMVs efficiently.

He is also responsible to facilitate the partner hospital and field team in implementation of program efficiently to achieve the project deliverables as per plan timely. He leads the project field teams and supervises day to day operation of Eicher Mobile Van. He has to coordinate in identifying new stakeholders, coordination among Eicher (after market, sales & marketing department), Aeon Medical and rapport building to reach maximum numbers of truck drivers in potential areas.

He has to work closely with project field team to monitor the progress to ensure that activities have been implemented according to the projected budget and timeline. He will also establish effective beneficiary communication and feedback system to know the perception of stakeholders/beneficiary to review the performance of the activities.

He has to ensure regular supervising and improving the performance of the field level program team and ensuring key monthly milestones are achieved and preparing short monthly project updates.

Supervision of operation of program

  • To breakdown overall targets into quarterly and monthly targets as per projects plan
  • Review day to day operation of program
  • Weekly / monthly review of program including visit to partner hospital (Program deliverables, documentation and physical verification)
  • To develop periodic/monthly review report
  • Review MIS and progress indicators
  • To support the field team in developing MIS, Camp plan and day today operation

Networking, Liaison and Coordination

  • Engage external/internal stakeholders Eicher (after market, sales & marketing department), Aeon Medical, Transporters etc. for effective execution of program.
  • To build rapport with government authority (transport, RTOs, Depos etc) to leverage of program
  • Appropriate coordination with partner hospital and facilitate them in implementation of program (Plan of action, Program Budget & Program Deliverables)

Project Management

  • Develop and implement field level program to align with overall program purpose.
  • Follow and maintain and utilize benchmarking, reporting frameworks, and questionnaires to perform gap analyses necessary to development of the program strategy.
  • Identify, understand, prioritize, track, communicate, and provide thought on emerging and current issues related to program implementation.
  • Work on ground level with partner hospital, targeted community (transport area) related service providers, transport unions, transport authorities/ statutory authorities & ministries, NGO’s and other related stakeholders
  • Create and evolve strong relationships and partnerships with key external and internal stakeholder groups including extensive stakeholder engagement.
  • Effective coordination and guidance to project team for implementation of program efficiently.
  • Timely progress reporting and communication to senior.
  • Guide and provide handholding support to program field team (hospital partner)

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Administrative:

  • Written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • IT Skills and Knowledge of MIS
  • To have knowledge of Networking & Liaising with Government/Non Government Agencies

Management:

  • Lead the teams with strong influence skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create direction, influence without authority, and establish a vision.
