Job Description

The Regional Lead - Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the Bhumi Fellowship programme. He/she will establish long-term partnerships with colleges across Karnataka and Kerala for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.

Job Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
• Conduct campus drives, participate in career fairs, and facilitate other engagements
• Recruit and engage Campus Ambassadors and strategize approaches to maximise effort
• Support in shortlisting potential applicants as part of the recruitment process

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Experience related to recruitment/college connections would be an advantage
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness to travel – locally and regionally (frequently)
• Good people engagement, networking and listening skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
• Self-driven with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under stressful environment and timelines
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

Other Information:

• Reporting to: Senior Recruitment Manager, Bhumi Fellowship
• Scope: Full time
• Remuneration: CTC 6-7 Lakhs p.a. based on the candidate’s profile
• Location: Bangalore/Kerala
• Minimum commitment: Two years
