Job Description

Inviting applications for a Research Associate position in the education area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). The applicant will be working on various projects conducted by Prof. Kathan Shukla, Ravi J. Matthai Centre for Educational Innovation.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• At least a master’s degree in any field; Candidates pursuing PhD encouraged
• Deep interest in Educational Research
• Academic writing skills
• Outstanding English communication skills
• At least two years of experience in the educational sector
• Strong willingness to learn quantitative as well as qualitative methods and analysis
• Expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
