Purpose of Job

Digital Bharat Collaborative is seeking a Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying and documenting system requirements, and designing and implementing technology solutions for healthcare organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Fresher from BDS/AYUSH/BPT/Pharma/Bsc Nursing with MPH/Msc in Epidemiology/MPH Social Epidemiology

Or

• Non-Medical Degree with MPH/Msc in Epidemiology/MPH Social Epidemiology and 2 years of experience

Essential Experience

●       Fresher from medical/paramedical/ 2 years for Non-Medical background

Essential Skills

• Good Communication Skills
• Strong writing skills in English and ability to present concepts and data efficiently.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of research design and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks
• Hands on experience with Advanced Excel, power point, word.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS/SAS/R/STATA will be added advantage.
• Skilled in conducting literature reviews

●       Strong knowledge of public health system and programs.

Key Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Support in conducting periodic research (primary/secondary) related to the project and publications in reputed public health journals
• Identify gaps in the process and suggest value additions in the project through secondary data, operational research and field visit
• Support in development of M%E frameworks
• Support in conducting M&E reviews
• Support in development of technical proposal for newer projects.
