Job Description

To ensure a proper coordination with vertical manager and domain experts
To lead the admission process and activities as per the assigned sectors
Effective Team Management with focus on team building, developing & performance.
Have groomed team to set priorities in day to day operations, thereby ensuring timely & effective deliverable, to finally achieve organizational goals
To travel extensively in remote areas of India as and when required for organizational excellence
Mobilization and facilitation of students
To ensure the co-ordination of Curriculum and Content development with domain/subject matter expert which is to be submitted as per the TISS-SSE guidelines
To manage on-boarding process of students
Mobilizing for Skill Knowledge Provider (SKP)
To mobilize sponsorship wherever required
Identification of neutral venue/domain classes
To identify and explore service provider for smooth functioning of classes
To coordinate with Service Provider (SP)/SKP in facilitating final placement of students.
Smooth functioning of campus immersion through TISS main campus and off campuses.
Ensure smooth execution of all the deliverable of the internal ecosystem
To build and maintain cordial relations with the existing SP/SKP accounts
To ensure smooth operation of the assigned industry vertical
To act as a mediator between the institute and the SP/SKP account by ensuring flow of communication, implementation of policies and procedures etc.
To resolve queries or disputes within and between the parties amicably (if arises)
Should be willing to take up task apart from that specified as per the requirement of the school and carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of operational expertise out of which minimum five years in the Skill Education field [preferred field of Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills (MEPS)/Power/ Electronics/Sports]
Minimum 2 years Post Graduate in preferred field of (Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills (MEPS)/Power/ Electronics/Sports)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative & Innovative
Should be excellent in Computing Skills i.e MS Office
Must have good interpersonal skills and coordination skills
Crisis handling & problem solving
Ability to multi task and handle several SP/SKP accounts
