Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for various projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify organizational needs, implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to meet organizational needs.

Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.

  • Screening & Shortlisting:

Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

  • Process Optimization:

Ensure timely and efficient closure of open positions while maintaining high standards of candidate experience.

Propose improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills — the ability to confidently and clearly communicate with candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient Job portals - LinkedIn, Naukri, DevNet and NGO Box
  • Active Listening — sharp listening skills to understand hiring requirements and candidate expectations.
  • Smart and Proactive — able to handle senior-level hiring with maturity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and people-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
