Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience of working as Social/Resettlement Expert out of which 10years in infrastructure development projects of similar geographical/environm ental condition.
• Essential: Graduate in Social Science/Sociolog y with Masters in Social Science from a recognized institute.

Profile/Skills

• He/ She should have proven record of experience in social impact assessment in externally aided linear project in India funded by the ADB/WB.
• He/ She should have thorough knowledge of prevailing Acts and Policies for Land Acquisition & R & R. Familiarity with local language and past experience as Social Safeguard expert in similar project in hilly areas will be advantageous.
