Job Position: Sr. Data Analyst- cum- M&E Coordinator

Locations: Ahmedabad

No. of Position: 1 

CTC: 3.6 LPA – 5.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst Cum M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) Coordinator  to oversee data management, analysis, and quality assurance across our programs in India. This individual will manage a data team, lead M&E processes, ensure high data quality standards, and liaise with our dashboard agency to enhance program monitoring capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, extensive Excel expertise, and a solid understanding of data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Manage, update, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive program operations.
• Develop reports and visualizations to reflect program impact and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards.

Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Lead the development and implementation of M&E frameworks for program assessment and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and refine M&E strategies and tools to measure outcomes and impact.
• Monitor program performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making through insights from M&E findings.

Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Lead the quality check team across India, ensuring consistent, high-quality data collection and program delivery standards.
• Design and implement quality assurance protocols and regular evaluations to maintain high standards in program execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact with the agency managing our data dashboard, ensuring timely updates, platform improvements, and issue resolution.
• Communicate program performance, insights, and technical requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and the dashboard agency.

Learning & Development:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, quality assurance, or M&E roles, preferably within the development sector or a large-scale social impact organization.
• Technical Skills:

1. Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data modeling).
2. Strong knowledge of data management platforms and tools.
3. Communication & Leadership: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and readiness to lead national-level quality check initiatives.

• Readiness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills, adapt to evolving technologies, and continuously improve processes.
