Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Interview, selection etc).
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks/ consultants).
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant tracking process.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, placement events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Experience in Personnel file documentation and background verification.
  • Exposure of working on recruitment ERP system.  
  • Create a positive onboarding experience.
  • Data Management and Data Analytics.
  • Any other task/s assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Desired Skill Sets:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role is preferable.
  • Familiarity with usage of social media, resume database and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Networking and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
  • Experience of handling recruitment for healthcare/ social impact will be an added advantage.

Qualification:  Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/ MBA or any other allied field.

Experience: Relevant experience of 1+ year in Talent Acquisition will be preferred.

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Term: 3 years fixed term contract
