The Transforming Rural India Foundation (TRI), established in 2016 as a Section 8 “not-for-profit” organization under the Indian Companies Act, 2013, invites Single stage two envelops sealed tenders for supply and installation of the following work listed below. You are requested to quote your best offer along with complete details of specifications, terms and conditions:

The interested parties must quote all the items in Furniture work listed in Annexure-V.

Work: Supply & Installation of Furniture Work at Rural Hospital, Pali

District: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra

The above listed work has to be completed in one month duration from the date of awarding the contract to successful bidder.

Instructions:

1. Bids shall be submitted offline only. The complete bid should reach at TRI Square, 43 Community Centre Zamrudpur, Kailash Colony Extension, Behind Hanuman Mandir, New Delhi-110048 by 16 January 2026, 5 Pm.
2. Tenderer/Contractor/Bidders are advised to follow the instructions for the submission of the bids.

3. Submission of Tender:

The tender shall be submitted offline in two parts, viz., Technical bid and Financial bid.

All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents. The offers submitted by Telegram/Fax/email shall not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained in this matter.

A.     Technical Bid-

The following documents are to be furnished by the Contractor along with Technical Bid as per the tender document:

• Signed, stamped and scanned copies of all documents as listed in the table under Point No. 9.C.
• Signed, stamped and Scanned Copy of model of all systems, sub systems and additional items should be mentioned in the technical bid and complete technical details should be provided in the form of Brochures and write-ups.
• Signed, stamped and scanned copies of Annexture I to IV.

B. Financial Bid-

Bidder must submit financial bid (Quotation) in sealed envelope only.
