About the Proposal

IGSSS is seeking EOIs from agencies/individuals for high-quality video documentation of a project in 5 villages in Uska Bazar, Sidharthnagar, UP.

 Scope of Work:

Visual and written documentation of the work and impact created in the project.

Visual Documentation

• Concept and script development (in consultation)
• Field filming (with drone optional depending on location)
• Interviews & voiceover (English )
• Editing, subtitles, background music
• Final delivery in HD/4K formats
• Capturing 50 High Resolution photos

Written Documentation

• Field visit(s) for interaction with beneficiaries (selected by IGSSS)
• Collection of qualitative data, photographs, and testimonies
• Drafting of narrative case stories based on project interventions
• Finalisation of stories in professional formats for print & digital usage
• Stories must highlight challenges, solutions, and outcomes
• Language in English
• Must be culturally sensitive & ethically documented

Deliverables:

Visual Documentation

• Project Documentary (7-8 min)
• 10 Success Stories (3 min each) 3. 50 High resolution photographs of beneficiaries and assets created
• 5 Short social media cuts (30–60 seconds)
• Raw footage to be handed over on HDD/Google Drive

Written Documentation

• 10 case stories (same from Visual documentation)
• All stories will be in two formats – descriptive (1000-1500 words) and other Mini case story (200 to 250 words)for the posters / social media
• Photographs (properly captioned)
• Consent forms from participants
• Final files in Word + PDF formats

Eligibility

• Prior experience in development sector documentation
• Have prior experience in development storytelling/documentation
• Own equipment & production capability
• Ability to shoot in rural field conditions
• Portfolio of previous video work

EOI must include:

• Company profile / Individual profile
• Relevant work links (YouTube/Vimeo/Drive)
• Brief filming approach & timelines
• Budget
• Ability to travel and complete the work within 10 days of awarding the contract (confirmation)
