Role Overview

The Associate Fellow in the CEO’s Office will work directly with the CEO to accelerate organization-wide priorities, design high-leverage initiatives, and operationalize strategic growth bets. This role is ideal for an intellectually curious and execution-strong professional who thrives in a high-trust, high-ownership environment and wants to shape India’s social impact landscape at scale.


Key Responsibilities

1️. Strategy & CEO Support

  • Co-develop annual/quarterly priorities, OKRs, and growth plans for CSRBOX Group and BharatCares.
  •  Build decision memos, financial/ROI models, analytical dashboards, and narrative decks for leadership, boards, and government stakeholders.
  • Drive governance mechanisms and review cadences.

2️. Program & Deal Acceleration

  • Incubate 0→1 pilots (CSR PMUs, water/river coalitions, Public Health & EdTech initiatives) and scale them to 1→N.
  • Coordinate pipeline → proposal → delivery with consulting, programs, and platform teams.
  • Influence outcomes across revenue, partnerships, and delivery quality.

3️. Special Projects & PMO

  • Run CEO-priority sprints (2–8 weeks): define scope, resources, KPIs, blockers.
  • Publish post-mortems and playbooks for replication.

4️. Insights, Research & Market Intelligence

  • Track CSR/ESG, government funding, and sectoral shifts.
  • Convert insights into actionable strategies and go-to-market enablers.

5️. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Serve as a trusted PoC for senior corporate/foundation/government partners.
  • Prepare briefs, MoUs, talking points, and review updates.

6️. Communication, Documentation & Reporting

  • Drive weekly business reviews (WBRs), executive updates & dashboards.
  • Support thought leadership, media, and advocacy efforts.

Ideal Profile

Education

Postgraduate in Management, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, Development Studies, or related disciplines (multidisciplinary is a plus).

Experience

2–6 years in CSR/development consulting, think tanks, policy, PMO, strategy, or fast-paced startups with demonstrable ownership.


Core Competencies

  • Structured problem-solving and strategic synthesis
  • Executive-grade writing & storylining (memos, decks, briefs)
  • PMO excellence — multitasking high-stakes tracks
  • Data comfort (KPIs, business models, impact indicators)
  • Advanced MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion, Asana, BI tools preferred
