Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead social media strategy and content – develop strategy to build handle following, identify relevant themes and topical days, develop social media campaigns, create compelling content that builds engagement.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and relevant content for blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team and product leads to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Communicate ideas effectively and present creative concepts to clients.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients into designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Content Strategy: Create and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on content and campaign performance.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team, other designers, and stakeholders to ensure content and designs align with the brand’s voice and goals.
