About the Program – GOYN: 

 The Global Opportunity Youth Network (GOYN) is a global movement aimed at unlocking meaningful economic opportunities for youth (ages 15–29) who are out of school or in informal work. LCF is the anchor partner for GOYN in India, driving inclusive youth development in cities through collective action, innovation, and youth leadership.

Role: Youth Engagement Lead – GOYN, Pune

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to lead youth engagement efforts across Pune. This role focuses on grassroots mobilization, leadership development, and fostering youth participation in community-driven change.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead community outreach and mobilize youth from underrepresented backgrounds
• Facilitate informal learning sessions and youth-led eventsAnchor Youth Advisory Group (YAG) and Youth Innovation Fund (YIF) activities
• Build partnerships with colleges, NGOs, and youth organizationsDocument success stories, feedback, and impact
• Ensure inclusive participation and representation of opportunity youth

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s in Social Work, Youth Development, Education, or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in youth engagement/community mobilizationFluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and documentation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
