Roles & Responsibilities

KVSSL are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the FPO vertical of our organization. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, implementation, and performance oversight of all FPO-related initiatives. This role involves guiding large-scale operations, managing multi-state projects, leading teams, and ensuring alignment with national-level guidelines.

Desired Work Experience:

8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5-6 years in implementing and managing FPO-related projects
Must have led teams of 15+ members, with experience in deploying and supervising multi-level field and technical staff
Strong background in agriculture value chain development, farmer mobilization, and enterprise building

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Rural Development, Apiculture, or related fields
