We’re hiring a Manager – Growth and Impact, based in Lucknow, to lead our partnerships and regional growth across Uttar Pradesh. This is a high-engagement, strategy-meets-execution role for professionals who want to turn capital and collaboration into community transformation.

You’ll serve as CSRBOX’s key representative in North India—co-creating development programs with corporate leaders, philanthropic foundations, and government departments. This role isn’t about managing routine accounts—it’s about unlocking systems change through bold, actionable partnerships.

Whether it’s skilling, education, water, livelihoods, or health—you’ll be shaping region-first, impact-led programs that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

• Build and nurture partnerships with CSR teams, foundations, and government stakeholders in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Identify new opportunities and co-develop programs aligned with partner goals and regional priorities.
• Convert relationships into funded, multi-stakeholder programs and long-term collaborations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

• Represent CSRBOX in regional CSR and ESG forums, donor platforms, and state-led consultations.
• Forge networks with industry bodies, knowledge partners, and sector platforms across the region.
• Build brand presence and amplify CSRBOX’s work through ecosystem engagement.

Program Strategy & Proposal Development

• Collaborate with internal domain teams to create robust, outcome-focused proposals.
• Align initiatives with CSR mandates, SDGs, and local development plans.
• Prepare high-quality decks, concept notes, MoUs, and strategic pitches.

Reporting, CRM & Market Intelligence

• Track progress of engagements through CRM tools and dashboards.
• Monitor government schemes, policy changes, and philanthropic trends in the region.
• Provide insights for internal planning and strategic decision-making.

 You’re representing CSRBOX in a state-level policy dialogue on health infrastructure.
 You’re curating a CSR alliance in Unnao to collectively address urban livelihoods.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, impact consulting, program partnerships, or nonprofit strategy roles.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, program design, or consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of the CSR and social development ecosystem in North India.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, and collaborative digital tools.
