Job Description

The NBMC Impact Fellowship is not just an internship. It’s an initiation into the future of India’s political,governance, and data landscape. Designed for recent graduates eager to build where it matters most, this 6-month program offers immersive exposure to the real work behind elections, governance, media, and education. Fellows work at the intersection of data, strategy, and impact, contributing directly to live projects while learning from some of the sharpest minds in the field. This isn’t about watching from the sidelines. Rather, it’s about shaping narratives, crunching truths, building systems, and being taken seriously. Those who thrive don’t just complete the fellowship, they stay on to lead what comes next.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Recent graduates (0-1 year post-college) from any background with:

• Strong analytical, writing, or design skills
• Interest in politics, governance, media, tech, or education
• Prior internships, college leadership, or independent projects are a bonus
