Mahila Kalyan Avm Swasthya Foundation is Hiring: Program Manager – NGO Health Card Project

Location: Jharkhand (Statewide)
Position: Program Manager
Project: Health Card Initiative (NGO-led)
CTC: ₹6 Lakh per annum
Seat:- 1

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the NGO Health Card project across all districts of Jharkhand.
Build and manage district-level teams to ensure on-ground execution.
Coordinate with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and stakeholders.
Monitor daily operations, reporting, and performance of field teams.
Drive outreach, enrollment, and awareness campaigns for health card distribution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare projects, especially in the NGO sector
Strong team leadership skills and ability to manage large field operations
Must have an existing team/network in all districts of Jharkhand
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities
Ability to travel across districts and build local partnerships
