Job Description
‘The Health Worker’ will be a platform (a digital magazine and newsletter) to bring together stories and resources on public health in India to inform, educate and inspire people working and invested in public health.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the development of ‘The Health Worker’. Ensuring steady flow of appropriate content is being populated on ‘The Health Worker’
- Following up with experts writing articles for timely submission
- Coordinating with designers for design and layout
- Coordinating with field team and videography team for field shoots
- Interviewing field health workers for videos
- Following up with invitees to coordinate video shoots of interviews at Bengaluru
- Coordinating with video editors for finishing the videos
- Identifying AI tools that can enhance the efficiency and quality of content creation
- Coordinating with website team to ensure the content is published
- Coordinating with editors for content for monthly/fortnightly newsletters
- Coordinating with designers for finalising newsletter
- Mailing out newsletters to subscribers on a monthly/fortnightly basis
Ensuring distribution of content and growing subscriber base
- Reaching out to contacts and collecting databases/creating tie-ups with partners and other organisations for newsletter distribution
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create online promotion
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- A graduate with 3-5 years of program management experience in social sector
- An understanding of AI and social media tools for content editing/creation is desirable
- Exposure to health sector is preferred
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
