About the Organization

EdTech Society is a professional association started in India by individuals who are committed to improve instruction and learning through the use of educational technologies. EdTech Society members are researchers, developers and practitioners in the field of educational technology. Which includes: Higher education faculty, graduate students, instructional designers, educational technology tools developers, school teachers, government, corporate and military trainers.

About the Conference

The International Conference on Technology 4 Education (T4E 2023) is organized by the EdTech Society, India, and hosted by IIT Bombay. T4E 2023 will be held in Mumbai, India from November 24 to 26, 2023. The earlier T4E conferences were held in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kharagpur, Kollam, Warangal, Mumbai, Chennai, and Goa in the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016,  2018, and 2019 respectively.

Starting this year, the T4E conference has expanded its scope as well as its full form, reflecting 4 perspectives to view the connections between technology and education, i.e.

 T4E – Technology for, of, in, across education

• Technology for education: Development of tools to support learning, teaching and various aspects of education
• Technology of education: Understanding the processes and conditions in which learning and teaching take place within technology-supported environments
• Technology in education: Using technology to support learning and teaching in various contexts; pedagogical strategies for technology-enhanced learning
• Technology across education: Using technology to enhance access to education across geographies, educational levels and societies

In this spirit, T4E 2023 will provide a forum to bring together researchers, teachers, students, developers and practitioners widely interested in understanding ways in which learning and teaching can be enhanced with technology as well as new roles for technology in educational processes. We invite submissions from participants in universities, colleges, schools, industry, government organizations and NGOs to share their work in this emerging interdisciplinary area. The conference will aim to address the needs and interests of different participants via a variety of session formats, including paper sessions, poster sessions, interactive workshops, best practices sessions, teaching demos and tool / product showcases.
