RFP - Supply & Installation of 2000 SMART TVs | Nand Ghars (Pan India)

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SMART 2000 TVS AT NAND GHARS PAN INDIA (Mainly in Rajasthan, UP, Odisha, Jharkhand, Karnataka, etc.)

Vedanta Limited, India’s leading Natural resources company, has developed over 6000 State of the Art modern Anganwadis across the country and it plans to develop another 2000 in this FY. We aim to transform the Anganwadis by not only upgrading the infrastructure, but also improve pre-school education, skills development of women, delivery of nutrition and healthcare by providing an integrated model “Nand Ghar”. 

With above reference, you are invited to participate in this Request For Proposal (RFP) for Supply and installation of Smart TV (50 inches) at Nand Ghars. 

Please refer the enclosed document (annexure 1) for complete details of the RFO & other terms & conditions.

Request you to provide all details as mentioned in Annexure -1, since the technical evaluation will be conducted on mentioned grounds

Other Specifications:

1. Warranty: min. 02 Years
2. USB: 16GB (Pen drive PD to be provided by the vendor). Price of PD can be mentioned with TV price
3. Delivery and installation at Nand Ghars across India
4. DOA Insurance cover on supply
5. The Company/Aggregator should also provide theft proof system for TV and Solar Panel with Battery.
6. Force Majeure condition applicable if any global supply situation affected due to Covid 19/Similar
7. LD clause shall be applicable @ 0.75% (per week of delay) of the call out value beyond a week of agreed timelines.
