• Social Media Management – Develop and execute a strategic content plan across social platforms, enhance engagement through influencer collaborations and community interactions, manage paid promotions, and track performance analytics.
• Fundraising Campaigns – Implement a digital fundraising strategy, create compelling donor-focused content, execute social media fundraising campaigns, collaborate with influencers and corporate partners, and manage paid donor acquisition campaigns.
• Behavior Change Communication (BCC) – Develop research-driven educational content, including print, digital, video, and audio materials, localize messaging for regional audiences, and provide toolkits and training for on-ground implementation.
• Branding & Collaterals – Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials, create promotional assets, develop video storytelling content, and oversee production and distribution of communication materials.
• Performance Tracking & Crisis Management – Monitor key performance metrics, conduct social listening, provide strategic insights, develop a crisis response plan, and ensure transparency through impact-driven storytelling and reporting.
