About the Role

The AI Master Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality AI/ML training programs to college students and young professionals.

The role involves designing and planning engaging learning sessions, facilitating classroom and virtual workshops, developing and refining training content, and ensuring strong learner engagement and outcome tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation & Training Delivery

• Conduct interactive, application-focused training sessions on AI/ML and related topics for diverse learner groups.
• Adapt teaching methods to both offline and online environments to maximize learner engagement and comprehension.
• Plan and design sessions tailored to the needs of different learner cohorts, including students and fresh graduates.

Session Planning & Content Development

• Develop, update, and refine training modules, presentation decks, and learning resources aligned with program objectives.
• Incorporate real-world case studies, problem-solving exercises, and industry trends to enrich the learning experience.
• Design session flows and curriculum structures that effectively balance theory and practical application.

Learner Engagement & Support

• Use facilitation techniques to maintain high levels of learner participation and interactivity.
• Address learner questions, guide discussions, and mentor participants through project-based tasks.
• Collect learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner attendance, and assessment outcomes.
• Prepare periodic training reports and learner progress updates for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Document best practices and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with program teams, academic partners, and institutional stakeholders to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Support awareness and outreach initiatives to encourage participation in AI/ML training programs.
• Collaborate with curriculum and technology teams to align training resources with evolving industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, preferably in AI, Machine Learning, or technology domains.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to design session plans, learning flows, and engaging teaching content.
• Comfortable using online teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience delivering online classes is an advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for planning and reporting.
