Role Overview:

The Associate Manager – CSR and FutureTech Programs will lead technology-driven CSR interventions focused on digital literacy, AI education, future skills, and employability enablement. The role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology understanding to deliver scalable, high-impact initiatives aligned with BharatCares’ innovation and inclusion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Development

• Conceptualize and design FutureTech-based CSR initiatives such as digital literacy, AI-in-education, and emerging tech programs for youth and students.
• Collaborate with corporate CSR teams, technology partners, and educational institutions to develop need-based project models.
• Draft detailed proposals, budgets, and execution plans aligned with partner objectives.

2. Program Implementation and Monitoring

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology and digital education projects across multiple cities.
• Manage on-ground trainers, vendors, and implementation agencies to ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking using project management tools.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and reporting standards.

3. Stakeholder and Partner Management

• Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and government departments.
• Represent BharatCares in client meetings, project reviews, and external events.
• Facilitate periodic reporting, MoUs, and proposal renewals with existing partners.

4. Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing

• Organize and facilitate training programs for trainers, faculty, and field staff on digital and emerging technologies.
• Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned for replication.

5. Impact Measurement and Reporting

• Work closely with the M&E and communications teams to measure learning outcomes, digital inclusion metrics, and overall impact.
• Develop dashboards, case studies, and quarterly donor reports reflecting project progress and impact.

6. Innovation and Ecosystem Development

• Stay updated on emerging technology trends relevant to CSR and social impact.
• Support pilot initiatives in AI, robotics, and tech inclusion for underserved communities.
• Contribute to building thought leadership through white papers and research inputs.

Qualification and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in CSR, EdTech, digital inclusion, or skill development programs.
• Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder, technology-driven projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging tech ecosystems is desirable.
