Job Position: Associate Manager- CSR Programs

Locations: Nashik

No. of Position: 1

CTC: ₹5.00 LPA - ₹6.00 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

Role Overview

The Associate Manager – CSR Programs will be responsible for end-to-end management of CSR projects across multiple thematic areas such as education, livelihoods, agriculture, environment, and health.

This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and on-ground execution capabilities, along with a willingness to travel extensively and engage with local communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Implementation

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple CSR projects across sectors
• Ensure timely delivery and quality implementation at the ground level
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with NGOs, corporates, government departments, and community stakeholders
• Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities and institutions
• Ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders

3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Prepare project reports, updates, and impact documentation
• Manage MIS and data tracking systems
• Document case studies, success stories, and field insights

4. Community Mobilization

• Conduct need assessments and beneficiary mobilization
• Facilitate awareness sessions and capacity-building activities
• Ensure active participation from local communities

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams such as communications, research, operations, and tech
• Contribute to program design and strategic inputs

6. Research & Insights

• Conduct baseline, midline, and end-line studies
• Stay updated on sector trends, policies, and innovation models

7. Flexibility & Ownership

• Take ownership of projects and identify areas for improvement
• Handle additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic environment

Key Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields
• 3–6 years of experience in CSR programs / development sector / project implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple thematic areas
• Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements
• Proficiency in local language (Marathi/Kannada) is preferred based on location
