Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Associate Manager – Road Safety Awareness to lead initiatives aimed at promoting safe driving practices and reducing road-related incidents. This role involves developing and executing road safety programs, engaging with stakeholders, and driving awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public safety, excellent communication skills, and experience in program management.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Program Development and Execution:

Road Safety Initiatives:

• Design and implement road safety awareness programs targeting various audiences, including schools, corporations, and the general public.
• Develop educational materials, workshops, and events to promote safe driving habits and compliance with traffic regulations.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute large-scale road safety campaigns using a mix of media channels (digital, print, on-ground).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create impactful content for campaigns.

Event Organization:

• Organize road safety workshops, seminars, and awareness drives in collaboration with local authorities and community organizations.
• Coordinate road safety demonstrations, including the use of simulators or other interactive tools.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaboration with Authorities:

• Partner with traffic police, government agencies, and NGOs to align road safety efforts with national and local regulations.
• Advocate for policy changes and improvements in road safety infrastructure where needed.

Community and Corporate Engagement:

• Work with schools, universities, and corporations to conduct customized road safety programs.
• Engage with communities to promote grassroots-level awareness and behavioral change.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Impact Assessment:

• Track and measure the effectiveness of road safety initiatives through surveys, feedback, and data analysis.
• Prepare reports on program outcomes and recommend improvements based on findings.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of campaign reach, participation, and impact.
• Use data insights to tailor future initiatives for maximum effectiveness.

Qualification and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Health, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in awareness campaigns, public safety, or related program management roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
