Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager – Training and Placements to lead our training initiatives and placement efforts. The role involves preparing candidates with the necessary skills and facilitating their successful placement in relevant industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, placement coordination, and industry engagement.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

Training Program Management:

  • Design and implement training programs that align with industry demands and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development of soft skills, technical skills, and interview readiness.

Coordination with Trainers:

  • Work with internal and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training content.
  • Regularly update training modules based on evolving industry requirements.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of candidates during training.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve performance and readiness.
  • Placement Coordination:

Industry Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with employers across various industries.
  • Understand employer requirements and create a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Placement Process Management:

  • Organize pre-placement activities such as resume preparation, mock interviews, and group discussions.
  • Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitments, and job fairs.

Candidate Support:

  • Assist candidates throughout the placement process, including application, interview, and onboarding stages.
  • Provide career counseling and mentorship to help candidates achieve their career goals.

Data Management and Reporting:

Placement Records:

  • Maintain detailed records of candidate training, placements, and employer interactions.
  • Track placement success rates and analyze trends to improve outcomes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on training effectiveness and placement performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the training and placement process.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in training, placements, or career services roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM/ATS systems is a plus.
