Block Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

 

• The block coordinator will be responsible for planning using the data available and overall program implementation at the block level.

 

• Facilitate a team of 3 to 4 panchayat facilitators to collectively accomplish the planned milestones.

 

• Regular liaison and coordination with the concerned government departments, Panchayati Raj Institutions and other development agencies at block level.

 

• Ensure quality and timely implementation of activities in the block, in line with the project implementation plan .

 

• Ensure program monitoring to achieve progress indicators .

 

• Monthly reporting compilation and sharing.

 

• Participate in monthly planning and review meetings.

 

• Ensure weekly data/information collection and report sharing for the assigned block with the project team.

 

• Any other responsibilities given by the organisation for program and organizational development.

• High level of integrity and honesty

 

• Command over English and Odiya language with excellent documentation skills.

 

• Knowledge of computers with Proficiency in MS-Office , Excel , PowerPoint  and mailing

 

• Having own laptop and android cell phone

 

• Willingness to travel extensively in rural Odisha having own two-wheeler,

 

Salary: Rs. 15000 to 20000 per Month
