Job Description/Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to execute/to implement & monitor CSR projects. The role will work closely with CSR Lead to drive various CSR Projects/Programs

• CSR Domain knowledge / CSR Rules of Companies Act 2013
• Execution / Implementation of CSR Projects
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (CS internal departments, Govt., school authorities, gram panchayats etc.) for day-to-day project execution/implementation & monitoring.
• Coordination of project-based activities in a timely manner ensuring quality execution/implementation.
• Handling ERPs based on finance, purchase & procurement for CSR projects.
• Manage documentation/database for all projects & ensure data files are securely stored, and privacy/confidentiality is maintained.
• Create CSR presentations & templets.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Computer Skills (Working with Power Point, Word, Excel etc.).
• Good Communication Skills - English & local language (Writing, Reading & Speaking).
• Self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision.
• Logical, Resourcefulness & ideation
• Content Writing of CSR activities for various L&T Magazines viz. Herald, Hazira Galaxy, Footprint, OE and others..
• Assisting in ISO Documentation of CSR Department
• Preparing Quarterly and Annual CSR Presentations
• Reporting CSR data to Corporate CSR
• Social/Impact Assessment etc.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Communication Social Issues CSR

Minimum Qualification

• Master of Social Work (MSW)Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM)
