Job Description
CSR Coordinator will be responsible for handling reporting of all CSR projects for ensuring the smooth closure of all CSR grants and subsequent submission of final reports to the Corporates that will help in the efficient functioning of the CSR operations in India.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Excel sheets of all CSR projects and follow up on CSR reporting documentation
- Providing status updates to the CSR team on reporting due status of all CSR projects
- Track the CSR projects and ensure complete report documentation submission by Rotary Club/District
- Review the grant reporting submitted by Club/ District as per RFI CSR policy requirements and make folders in soft copy for audit purposes.
- Work in tandem with the Financial Services (FS) team at SAO for the booking of the Utilization certificate and refund of any contribution.
- Sharing of project-related information to Finance for the compilation of the final Utilization certificate
- Compilation of all reporting data from Club and District along with final utilization certificate and final submission to the corporate for grant closure
- Ensure timely closure and maintain Excel sheets for each CSR project report regularly
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree. A qualification in Social Service, CSR or a related field is preferred.
You Are Good At
- Have exposure in CSR projects handling and are well versed with section 135 of the Company’s Act
- Ability to actively interact and communicate with all stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Fluency in English and an additional Indian language, preferably Hindi.
- Maintain proper documentation of CSR projects by keeping all project records in place.
- Think critically and be a problem solver. Team-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good working skills and knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel and other applicable programs).
