Its primary focus areas include child development, adolescent and youth health, and adult health and addictions research.

Job Description

As a Co-Facilitator Intern, you will support the facilitation, documentation, and coordination of mental health literacy workshops for students. Your key responsibilities include:

Facilitation & Workshop Support

• Co-facilitate 13 in-person workshops in Delhi NCR and 5 online workshops.
• Assist in delivering interactive sessions, managing group discussions, and activities.
• Support the lead facilitator in adapting content based on participant needs.

Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate with schools, NGOs, and community partners to schedule workshops and manage on-ground logistics.
• Ensure workshop materials, venue arrangements, and technical requirements are in place.

Workshop Documentation & Data Collection

• Capture photos and videos for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Collect workshop assessment from students and feedback from teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance and participation.
• Compile and share a brief impact assessment report to partners post workshop.

Assessment & Reporting

• Assist in electronic documentation of workshop assessments.
• Support in basic data analysis to evaluate learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to end-to-end project documentation and reporting, ensuring key insights and findings are captured.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Must have past facilitation or community engagement experience in working on youth mental health.
• Must be proficient in spoken Hindi and written English.
• Must have strong coordination and documentation skills.
• A Bachelors/Masters degree in psychology/social work is desirable.
