Job Description

The Lead, Alumni Engagement will be key in building and nurturing meaningful relationships with alumni of Bhumi’s programs. This role focuses on strengthening connections, providing support, and creating opportunities for alumni to continue contributing to and benefiting from the Bhumi ecosystem. The Lead will ensure alumni feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow personally and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize reunions, regional meetups, and virtual gatherings to strengthen relationships with alumni.
• Provide career guidance and job placement assistance to alumni, connecting them with relevant opportunities.
• Curate and share resources for professional development, such as workshops, webinars, and skill-building opportunities.
• Create structured opportunities for alumni to give back to Bhumi through mentorship, program support, or community projects.
• Track and report on the impact of alumni in their respective fields and communities, highlighting how their experiences with Bhumi Fellowship have contributed to their success.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Educational Degree : Any Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship
• Relevant Experience(in years) : 1-2 years of experience in alumni engagement, community relations, or similar

Knowledge & Skill sets required:

• Strong relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Empathy and active listening abilities to understand and address alumni needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging content for newsletters and social media.

• Strong data analysis skills to track engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborative with internal teams and external partners.
