Job Description

• Visiting AIIMS Bhopal, DMHP Bhopal and selected PHCs for study participants screening, consent and assessments.
• Completing all the procedures/training to become a SAMARTH research assistant.
• Assisting in planning study participants recruitment and assessments.
• Assisting the study evaluation team on documentation of the project activities.
• Maintain close communication with the project and health facility team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Research Coordinator.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Masters level education in psychology, public health, psychiatric social work or social work.
• Experience of 1-2 years in public health research/implementation projects will be an added value.
• Experience in working with Public Health systems such as PHCs/CHCs/District Hospitals.
• Willingness to be based on, or relocate to Bhopal (position is Bhopal based).

Desirable:

• Graduate/Master level education in psychology and/or public health.
• Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in conducting consent and research assessments.
