About Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW)

The Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) — a homegrown institution with headquarters in New Delhi — is among the world’s leading climate think tanks. The Council is also often ranked among the world’s best-managed and independent think tanks. It uses data, integrated analysis, and strategic outreach to explain — and change — the use, reuse, and misuse of resources. It prides itself on the independence of its high-quality research and strives to impact sustainable development at scale in India and the Global South. In over fourteen years of operation, CEEW has impacted over 400 million lives and engaged with over 20 state governments.

Purpose:

We seek to hire a Graphic Designer who can translate research and ideas into compelling visual narratives across, campaigns, events, and digital platforms for CEEW. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility and a good grasp of brand consistency across diverse formats. The candidate should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

If you can turn dense research into visuals people actually stop to look at, and enjoy switching between a 100-page report and a 10-second Instagram reel, we would like to speak to you. If you can help us make sustainability visually unmissable, we would consider hiring you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual collateral for events, IEC campaigns, and digital media, including covers, layouts, and infographics.

  • Build and maintain reusable templates (PowerPoint, social media) for organisation-wide use
  • Integrate AI as an enabler for creative exploration, concept generation and workflow efficiency, while maintaining high design standards
  • Support digital storytelling formats — web banners, emailer templates, microsite visuals

Other responsibilities
