Communications and Partnerships Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic individual - a proactive communicator and connector - to lead storytelling, proposal

writing, partnership building, communication, and fundraising efforts. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create engaging decks, reports, newsletters, and social media content

● Write proposals and pitch documents for funders and government stakeholders

● Manage social media presence and digital outreach campaigns

● Build and manage partnerships with government bodies and funding organisations

● Lead individual donor and retail fundraising campaigns

● Manage internal communication and documentation across the team

● Supporting the CEO in meetings with funders and other stakeholders

Who You Are:

● An individual with high social and emotional intelligence

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Must be proficient in Telugu and English; Hindi is optional.

● Experienced in proposal writing and digital content creation

● Proficient with Canva, PowerPoint, and social media tools

● 0 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred (nonprofit experience/internship is an added advantage)

● Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

● Willingness to travel to different districts in Telangana

Compensation: 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month (depending on the experience of the candidate)
