Position: Community Mobilizer & Project Support

Project: AAROHAN under Tata Power

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

No. of Vacancies: 1

Qualification and Experience:

• Any degree or graduation with 2 year of work experience in micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ self-employment related schemes and projects.
• Capacity to work with Groups and undertake mobilization activities of community members in the specified location for training
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, and basic understanding of MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Gujarati Language is essential and knowledge of Kutchi language shall be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Discuss with different stakeholders in Rural villages and mobilizing candidates for the training Programme.
• Understanding location specific trades in the selected areas of the training in the target location
• Coordinating with Project Manager & Project Coordinators for implementation of the project
• Provide support to Project Coordinators in field for Programme Organization and training support
• Providing support for all trained entrepreneurs in Market and Credit Linkage with the Project Team
• Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation
• Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/SRO
• Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office for supporting the Entrepreneurs trained

Type of Employment: On Contractual Basis

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 CTC p.m.
