ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT COORDINATOR (HANDLOOM PRODUCTS MARKETING):

1.  Project Coordinator – Handloom Products Marketing (1)

Location: Bhuj-Kutch, Gujarat

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA/Fashion technology
• Must have 5 years of experience in Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. 
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication skills
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Job Description: 

• Identify and enroll local NGOs [follow EDII norms] with whom community outreach & mobilization and, all workshops and training programmes can be carried out
• Build network of all stakeholders in the Project.
• Undertake day to day management of the project, including smooth project implementation, efficient use of resources.
• Deliver entrepreneurship training MSDP (Micro SkillPreneurship Development Program) by following the Training Schedule with quality standard as per EDII norms
• Ensure the timelines and quality of the outputs as well as timely preparation of reports on achievements and challenges faced within the project.
• Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, funding and infra set-up for bank linkages.
• Project Execution and enterprise setup.
• Coordinating Skill Development activities- Production Technology and entrepreneurial value chain
• Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders like Government, development partners, private sector and civil society
• Ensure delivery of resources and results according to planned targets
• Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages.
• Monitoring and handling the activities related to the Project
• Program Implementation
• Data analysis and evaluations related to the programs
• Quality Control 
• Organizing workshops and training programs for Entrepreneurship Development.
• Project Design, preparing proposals, and documentation of Projects
• Identify and ensuring entrepreneurs participation in relevant Fairs and exhibition
• Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/South Regional Office Bangalore.
•  Any other work/activity as assigned by the SRO

Type of Employment: On Contract

Remuneration: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 62,000 CTC p.m.
