Master Trainer

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE MASTER TRAINER:

1.  Position: Master Trainer (1)

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Economics/ MBA with 02 years’ experience in Micro Enterprise/Entrepreneurship Development/self-employment related schemes and projects
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi/Tamil

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Cluster with the Community Mobilizer/ local NGOs
• Conduct sessions during training on credit management, market linkages, business development, enterprise development, and soft skills and visits to other vibrant clusters and research institutions
• Engage and ensure capacity building activities of Key stakeholders [Weavers/Artisans/Master weavers/Community Mobilisers]
• Ensure increased productivity per year, increase in gender inclusion in each cluster, and increased income per year
• Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages
• Coordinate state, national and international exhibitions, and fairs for promotion of Cluster Handloom Products
• Coordinate with relevant actors like Government, development partners, private sector and civil society
• Assist and mentor beneficiaries in areas including development of business plans, concepts of Business opportunities /Financial transactions /Formalities and procedures for scaling operations, new technology and Digital financial transactions.
• Post programme follow up and hand holding of entrepreneurs through trainings and mentoring
• Identify and ensuring entrepreneurs participation in relevant Fairs and exhibition
• Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII HO/SRO
• Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office

Type of Employment: On Contractual basis

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 to 42,000 CTC p.m.
