About BELIEF: A not-for-profit organization founded by a few young professionals who believe inchange. We work to improve the quality of education and are currently running someprograms in Early Childhood Education. We operate in Nashik, Pune and Palghar.Looking for: Field Coordinator (Early Childhood Education)

Location: Nashik (tribal), Pune (Urban)

Nature of work:-

•Fieldwork (Anganwadis): Daily Anganwadi visits, observing classroom actvites in Anganwadi, maintaining observaton diary, demonstratng different actvites in Anganwadi, discussing with Anganwadi workers and helpers, giving constructve feedback, testing, etc.

•Fieldwork (Parents): Facilitatng/attending parent meetngs, supporting parents to conduct ECE actvites at home, home visits, data collection, conducting surveys, testing, etc.

•Training: Active participation in training and other meetings and bit meetings.

•Documentation: Timely preparation of reports, daily accounting, and administration work when required, photo and video documentation.

•Other: Communication and collaboration with the team and participating in organizational work, as and when required.

•Travel: Fieldwork is an inseparable part of the work and must go to the field daily. The candidate may need to travel outstation for work and exposure occasionally.

Eligibility:-

•Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream (Education/Social work/development studies will be an added advantage)

•Experience in early childhood education and community-based organizations will be an added advantage

•Ability to connect with people.

•Strong communication skills- Fluency in Marathi is required.

•Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence.

•Positive attitude towards learning.

•Computer proficiency – MS Office, Excel, online communication, etc

Remuneration:-
•₹ 16000 to 20000 per month + Travel Allowance for your commute to the field
